What is the shortest useful request?
“Please send a written quote that names the medicine, lists every charge, and shows the price after any offer ends.”
Then work through the questions below. A clear answer belongs beside the price, not buried in a sales call.
What am I paying for?
- Which exact medicine is this for: a tablet, a shot or another form?
- What reason for treatment is this plan based on?
- What supply does the medicine price cover?
- Do I pay for the first visit on its own or through a membership?
- What do I pay if no prescription is written?
Which costs are separate?
- Does this include blood tests and the order fee?
- Does it include explaining the results?
- Does it include messages and later visits?
- Are delivery or supplies separate?
- What does it cost to check whether more medicine can be prescribed, and does that need another visit?
What can change later?
- Is this an opening offer, and who qualifies?
- What is the ongoing price?
- When is the next charge made?
- How do I pause or end the membership?
- What is refunded if the care plan changes?
What do I ask about insurance?
“Which part goes through my plan, and which part do I pay outside it?”
Take the exact medicine name to the insurer. Ask it to confirm the covered use, pharmacy, lab and amount you owe.
If the replies stay vague, wait to pay and ask for clearer written answers. Take time to read them after the sales chat.
